Review: Jan 8th, 2025:I was contacted right away by MIMO GLAD, and I must say, im very impress with their customer service. Very understanding and empathetic towards my situation… they resolve the issue by providing me with a great experience and a new model chair.With that being said, the first model chair I received wasn’t up to my standards as the price is very debatable for a less than mediocre material. Sitting on it for awhile causes some sort of soreness to your lower waist.The second chair is acceptable as it is more stable and comfortable than the first chair. Very easy to install, and easy to adjust. Sat for a reasonable amount of time, and i must say, i see some improvements.So the verdict is positive and i would recommend due to their impressive customer service, and the newest model is slightly better than the previous one. Comfort and stability, this chair is made for 8 hours work from home shift, but no more*ive tried many ergonomic/gaming chair and it really is up to your preference. But MIMO GLAD is a very decent chair which can top majority of these more expensive ergonomic chairs.-‐——-———————-Previous comments:As soon as I felt the material, I immediately understand that the quality is not all that great but who am I to judge without actually trying it first right?At first glance this chair is appealing due to numerous positive reviews, but now I am wondering if those reviews are commented by bots.It came with a damaged/scratched up armrest, my headrest looked so dirty, shouldve taken a pic before cleaning it. Some bags were sealed and some bags were just taped like shown in the picture. But it came with some michael jackson gloves that doesn’t have a grip so chances of dropping your chair parts are pretty common.These materials are very delicate/fragile. If you are not too careful, you will risk damaging the thread and breaking any plastic pieces, do not over tighten the screws or the wood & plastic panels will crack from inside, then that’s 200$ down the drain… thats how fragile this is. Oh and B screws are not black they are silver and does not look the same as the pictures.This chair is unfortunately not that comfortable. My office chair is more comfortable than this. I am always in the impression of about to fall of frontwards, and I am not too confident about leaning back at 160lbs. I’ve reassembled this chair and made any possible adjustment but the comfort is just not there.So in conclusion, this chair is not worth the price and it only has a positive side which is the esthetics. Other than that, I would suggest adding another 60$-80$ to get a more COMFORTABLE and DURABLE chair. I can say without a doubt that I am unhappy with this purchase and will not recommend!

Review: This is a great chair. I’m really happy with my purchase, especially for the price! The foam of the seat is firm, which I appreciate, knowing it will wear and soften over time. It adjusts very well, and I appreciate the adjustable lumbar support the most. The parts all move pretty well and seem to function appropriately for their design, no complaints there.I only have 2 problems to note about the build/design. One problem I have is the connection between the arm and the seat. That connection, which uses a bolt and screw, is not as secure as I would like it to be, and It allows some wiggle of the arms horizontally. Not much of a problem at all, but worth noting for build quality and assembly. My second note is about the headrest. The headrest sits a little bit too far behind my head, making it difficult to actually use the headrest for neck support. It is adjustable vertically, but not horizontally. I would love the headrest to either be built a bit further forward from the chair back, or be adjustable on that axis in some way.Either way, this chair is super comfortable! I would say it’s well worth the investment, especially with the 5 year warrantee that comes in the chair package, which took just a short email to sign up for. I am really happy with this chair and the customer support!

Review: As someone who works from home, and also does most of their hobbies at a desk (gaming, crafts, etc.), it is really important to me to have a high quality chair and this has not disappointed. In my previous chair, my back would ache after working all day from an uncomfortable chair. However, that pain is entirely gone after switching to this chair.I like that the lumbar support can be moved up, although it isn’t the greatest at staying put if you move it to the highest position. The seat cushion is very comfortable and hasn’t flattened at all yet.I have a few small complaints:1) The chair started to squeak only a few months into use, which is mildly annoying for how new it is.2) I have to constantly tighten the chair arms as they will become more loose than I would like.3) When assembling, the screw holes on one side of the cushion were misaligned, so it was very difficult to screw in the back of the chair.Overall, this is a great chair and I would purchase again!
