Review: I finally found a soft and comfortable office chair – easily my most comfortable one. As I work from home, I spend long hours at my desk and this chair has most definitely made it easier. This chair is for the “big and tall” crowd, however, at an overweight 5’5″ (my weight is Top Secret :)) I can sit comfortably in it with my feet firmly on the floor, therefore, I do not need to use the Class 4-level SGS-certified gas cylinder (heavy duty for the big and tall people) to elevate my chair. This means this office chair should last me many years! The chair casters are sturdy and wide, and roll smoothly over the polycarbonate chair mat placed over my carpet. They are not the usual small casters that are included with the cheaper office chairs. For those who are shorter, you can request a lower gas cylinder, and if needed, rubber wheels for your chair, free of charge. I received mine 5 days after I made the request.No cons except for one that may only affect me. The arm rests are adjustable, including the height. However, even at its highest setting, I have had to add cushions to the arm rests as they were too low for me. Picture included.

Review: I got this chair because I am tired and aching from trying to use a hard wooden chair. I am really impressed with the quality of the chair. It was easy to put together. I discovered that I needed the shorter cylinder and since my office is carpeted I think the other wheels will work better. I emailed as suggested on the inner instructions and they were sent right away. They just arrived today and I’m excited for my husband to switch the cylinder and wheels. The seat is very comfortable. I love the back of the chair and how it cradles my back. After two back surgeries this was a big selling point.After having a mesh chair at work that cut into the back of my legs and caused pain and problems with my sciatica I am so thankful I found this chair!! Excellent customer service and product!!!!
